Delivery Information : Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your order (unless I have advised otherwise in our correspondence). If you need your item for a certain date or event please speak to me before ordering so that I can make sure I can do it for you.
All personalised, bespoke and made to order items are exempt from refunds and returns. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item, size, colour and design before completing your order. Please double check any spellings used as I will work directly from your order/invoice/payment when making your items and they cannot be changed once made. If you have any questions please ask before completing your order.
For any standard/off the shelf items you have 14 days to return for a full refund, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (letter or email) the return delivery will be at your own cost and you must return in original unused condition to the address above. We suggest that you send with a tracked service to ensure the item is returned to us safely. Once received we will process your refund for the initial cost of the goods and original standard postage (you will not receive a refund for any extra services chosen by you ie special delivery)
Your refund will be processed using your original payment method, we may take a reduction from your reimbursement for loss of value in any goods supplied if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
